Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I have a few questions if someone would please answer....
1. How do you open the Sealed Chamber?
2. How do you get into the Regis caves?
3. Where is the Sky Pillar?
4. I have an E-Reader thing, how do I use it?
And for the heck of it, here's my team: Kyogre level 63 and Blaziken level 63.

1) You need a Relicanth at the front of your party and a Wailord at the back. You also need a Pokemon that knows TM28 Dig.

Now surf along the currents west of Pacifidlog town and you'll hopefully reach a patch of water where you can dive.

Dive down and surf down the underwater cave. Eventually you will reach a part where you can resurface. Resurface and go to the top of the room and go in front of the braille writing (the dots on the wall.) Use dig and an opening will appear in the wall.

Go inside and go to the top of the next room and go in front of the braille writing. Press A. There will be an Earthquake, then you will hear 3 doors open. You have unlocked the Regis.

2) Regirock's cave is in the south part of the desert. Go inside and go up to the braille. Walk down 2 steps and walk 3 steps right. Use strength. An opening will appear where the braille was. Regirock is on the other side of the opening.

Go catch him! Regice is in Island cave along route 105. Go up to the braille and read it. Wait a while without doing anything and an opeing will appear. Regice is yours. Registeel is in a cave on Route 119. Go to the middle tile of the cave and use fly. Go and get Registeel!

3) The Sky Pillar can be accessed after you beat the Elite four and Steven, the champion. Go to Pacifidlog and surf east, keeping to the rocks. You will find an opening in the rocks.

Go inside a cave and get out the other side. Climb Sky Pillar by using your Mach Bike to get over the cracks. Rayquaza is at the top.

4) Can't help you with that, sorry.

5) Nice team, except it's not really a team. Get some more good pokemon!

1) You can get to the sealed chamber by going down the rapid water by Pacifilog town. It's in the middle.

2) You have to read the brail in the sealed chamber with relicanth first in your party and wailord last in your party. And the doors should open.

3) Sky pillar is on the right of pacifilog town. Stay up towards the rocks and you should see a path. You can only get to it if you beat the elite four.

4) Sorry I don't know the answer to that one.
