The 8th gym leader uses water-type Pokemon so the best choices are grass and electric Pokemon because they do more damage to water-type pokemon. Also be careful of Milotic because it likes using recover. Hope I helped

All you need to use is electric and grass.

Well,if you chose treeko as starter,leaf blade will take all of them out,legendaries will also help,either that or train a good electric type like manectric.hope I helped
