Question for Pokemon Sapphire

My friend has a Sapphire. When I try to get Chemeo or whatever it's name is, I can't find it! How do I get it?

Let me guess your friend has the game and you have the PC, which is why your asking the question!

The Pokemon you mean is Chimecho ( No.151).

Sorry, but I can't tell you because I haven't found it myself yet. But I will be watching this page, so I can find out where it is.

If you look at the top floor of the mt pyre you could find it be patient it is very rare

The Pokemon you are looking for is Chemico (and yes, deleted, it does exist.)
To get it, go to Mt. Pyre and go right to the top, where it is foggy. Find a patch of grass and look around in it (warning: Be patient, it is quite rare) and eventually you will find Chemico. It looks like a ball floating in the air with eyes and mouth and it has a long thin tail underneath it. Enjoy your new Chemico!
