There is a mirrage island but you can't get all the Pokemon in one version unless you have action replay
Yes, there is a Mirrage Island but you have a VERY LOW chance of getting it. All there is are some berries such as enigma berry, and other rare ones. If by poke you mean pokemon then no. You have to have 2 different games like Ruby and Sapphire, because in Sapphire you get a pokemon called Seviper, in Ruby you get a pokemon called Zangoose. You can get all of the pokemon if you use a gameshark or an Action Replay.
There is a Mirage Island but it only appears randomly at any time during the game.
And it only appears once.
No, you can't get all 386 Pokemon by just one version.
