Yes there are about 4 or 5
1. Surf up from the rote under cycling road
2. Go up waterfall on route 114
3. Near top of mt prye, use itemfinder
4. Granite cave need mach bike
5. I think theres another but I can't remember where it is, sorry

1.go to trick master, take a leftuntil no wite things surf up
2.in fortree, go to the trees above the part were you meet steven, use cut and go to the end of it take a step back press a
3.up a waterfall in falador,
4.around fortree were you have to use mach bike
5.one below mt. Pyre
6. Ar and get 2 ton

I have recieved about ten rare candies of a zigzagoon that has the pick up ability I recieved this zigzagoon at lvl 7 at the start of the game in one of the earlier routes and I have just been getting rare candies off of it with the occassional other item so that may help. But the way you have to walk around for him/her to pick them up.
