HM01 (Cut): Talk to the Cutter in the house next to the Rustboro Pok�mon Centre.
HM02 (Fly): Defeat May or Brendan after removing the Magmas or Aquas from the Weather Institute.
HM03 (Surf): Defeat Norman and talk to Wally's parents.
HM04 (Strength): Tunnel out the Rusturf Tunnel.
HM05 (Flash): Talk to the Hiker in Granite Cave.
HM06 (Rock Smash): Talk to the proprietor of the house across from the Mauville Bike Shop.
HM07 (Waterfall): Cave of Origin.
HM08 (Dive): Talk to Steven at his house in Mossdeep.
Yes, it's simple,
Cut : cutters house, rustboro
Flash : a hiker just inside granite cave
Rock smash : a house in mauville
Strength : in rusturf tunnel just after smashing a rock
Surf : wally's house, petalburg, after beating dad
Fly : given by may/brendan after beating them beside the weather institute
Dive : steven's house, mossdeep
Waterfall : cave of origin, in 1 of those pokeball thingys
