Is there an encounter cheat for Mawile that actually works?

Please answer! (and Excel, you should know this, if you have it at home on one of your papers, please tell me!)

What cheat device are you using? But if it's AR, it's 125E26A9 70AC87DE. If it's Game Shark, then I don't know. I only have AR.

It's much easier to catch it in Granite Cave.
