Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hi I'm new to this and I'm stuck on sapphire. People say that you need to find the sky pillar or something like that to find Rayquaza. But I can't find it on the pokenav! Am I missing something? I need help fast please.

PS:How many Pokemon games are there in total? I lost count.

To find Sky Pillar, fly to Pacifidlog. Surf east at the top of the screen. If you have beaten the Elite Four, there should be an opening. Surf north and you'll reach Sky Pillar. You'll need the Mach Bike to get to Rayquaza.

Did you defeat the Pok�mon League? And it won't be on the Pok�Nav if you haven't been there....It's on Route 131. And there are 386 Pok�mon to be acquired in the game with trading capabilities.

You have been given a lot of things telling you about sky pillar, good because I know not much about it except that you need your mach bike to get through it, but I think there are about 25 Pokemon games in total
