Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Alright, so I am at the Mossdeep gym with extremely underleveled pokemon. My best roster is:

Torkoal Lv.31 w/ Ember, Flamethrower, Protect, and Body Slam

Marshtomp Lv. 32 w/ Mud Shot, Take Down, Surf, and Water Gun

Machoke Lv. 32 w/ Karate Chop, Focus Energy, Seismic Toss, and Revenge

Shuppet Lv.29 w/ Screech, Night Shade, Curse, and Spite

Wingull Lv.26 w/ Water Gun, Supersonic, Wing Attack, and Fly

Linoone Lv.31 w/ Headbutt, Odor Sleuth, Shadow Ball, and Tackle

My TMs are: Roar, Bulk Up, Sunny Day, Thunderbolt, Shock Wave, Rock Tomb, Aerial Ace, Facade, Rest, Thief, Steel Wing, Skill Swap, and Overheat. WHAT SHOULD I DO TO BEAT THEM PLEASE HELP ME!!!

A dragon type Pokemon will do good gyrados is the best you can get at the moment level it up till it learns dragon rage. Your torkoal's flamethrower will beat skamamory and to beat pallalaper you need a grass type. Use dragon rage for the others.

Quit. Lol but seriously go level your marshtomp and if you can get a strlng water type or psychic type do that. You want to have at least a lvl 45 swampert with muddy water and surf. And HIGH special attack
