Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Ok listen up I have tried to do the thing where the guy tells how many launches the rocket has made but it really SUCKS!!!!

It does not work.There is no way you can get deoxys or jirachi without a game pak.All the guy says is that the rockets launch is immenent!

If anyone wants to speak up tell me exactly how to do it then do it? Also I need to know what level metang evolves at?

Metang evolves at level 45 but I have no idea about the rockets

Metang Will evolve into Metagross at Level 45, and you cannot get into space even if you do use an Action Replay, or GameShark.

I thought you could go into the rocket I have seen when the rocket launches at 99 you could go into space and catch deoxys or jirachi. It is 99 launches or 100 It takes really long and it is not fun but my friend did it and it worked!!

Yhe rocket lanches once every game week,but you have to beat the ellite four before it lanches.It has to launch 50 times before you can go to the moon and catch deoxsis.
