Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hi, I have almost completed my pokedex on Pokemon sapphire, however there are still a few I need. I would be grateful if anyone could tell me where to catch torchic, mudkip, seedot, surskit, azurill, carvanha, spoink and glalie. If anyone knows, please post here!

P.S. How long before rocket launches.

1. Torchic and mudkip are starters seedot is in ruby surskit is rare but it is left of oldale town in the first patch of grass or by fallarbor town azurill you get by breeding with one holding sea incense carvanha good rod by mauville waters.

Spoink is in the grass above lavaridge glalie is from snorunt from the shoal cave when the tide is down all the way at the end of the cave with the ice and evolve it into glalie.

Ok first you can't catch torchic,mudkip,seedot, or spoink you can only obtain them by trading from ruby or action replay. You get azurill by breeding two marill's but one marill has to be holding sea inscense in order for them to have an azurill otherwise if one of them is not holding a sea incense they will have a baby marill. Carvanna you get him by fishing with a super rod in mostly any lake but I prefer the lake on route199 where you catch feebas.

To get glalie first you have to catch a snorunt which is located in shoal cave above mossdeep city (in the icy part of the cave) and make him evolve into a glalie.

Torchic: Starter, you can't catch it.
Mudkip: Starter, you can't catch it.
Seedot: Route 103 or Petalburg forest.
Azurill: Breed two Marills.
Carvanha: Fish anywhere with a super rod.
Spoink: ???
Glalie: Evolve a Snorunt, which you catch in the cave North of Mossdeep.

You have to wait a full game week before the rocket launches, but you can't go to the moon to fight Deoxys or Jirachi.
