Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I'm just new to this game.I'm up to the last gym leader but the doors closed do ya now how to open it.My friend said I't had somethink to do with that submarine and I have found the submarine.

Please help thanks.

You're supposed to surface at the submarine, kick the Aquas out, go to Sootopolis again, and defeat Kyogre.

When you find the submarine use dive to surface and then you have to go threw the cave then Kyorge will wake up and flee.

Then after that it will be raining and you will have to fight Kyorge and he will be at the cave in the town that the last gym is. You can catch him but to tell the truth he really isn't that strong.

Use dive in the sea to the right of sootopolis city. Look into entrances to other rooms underwater. When you find the stolen submarine, Dive back to the surface. Go into the cave and kick team aqua's butt until you fing kygore. Archie will awaken it. It will then disappear. When outside, it will rain very badly. Go into the cave inside sootopolis city. Catch or defeat kyroge. Go back out side and go to the gym. Meet Bill there, then go in. Hope this helps!!!
