I sent in a question about gentleman Nils and Lady Astrid. I got Pok�mon Sapphire from somebody else and I don't have the card and I don't have an e-reader. I can buy an e-reader but is there another way to get the card without getting it from somebody or buying the game again?

Sorry dude. If you got the game from someone else and they didnt give you the e-card , then you CAN'T get the e-card unless you buy the game again or get the card from someone. So if you don't want to do what I just said, you can't get another e-card. So sorry.
