1) Okay I had this auestion up earlier and I did try what people said but it still can't get a Milotic.
So I have some new ideas. So I hatched a feebas that liked beauty and feed it at (at level 5) with the feel of 21 and level of 12 then trained it one level but it didn't evolve.
So if it is at a higher level will it effect how much it eats. And what was the feel and level of your guys pokeblocks?
2) My game has a really stupid glitch that I didn't because with any cheat system (because I have none) When a Pokemon is down to 14 PP of an attack and I use it it skips over 13 and goes to12.
And some times it causes me problems with the Pokemon league. Can I get rid of it?

I used Kelpsy Berries and the Pamtre Berries. The Kelpsy Pokeblocks were around Lv20 with a feel of 19... The Pamtre was Lv. 50-60 and had feels from 30-40.
So the Pamtre is better, you can get it with an AR or By saying.... Something Contest... It says it in one of the walkthoughs, you'll have to go look....

1. You must have it's beauty all the way at the top and nothing else.
No a higher level wont effect it. The feel and level where about the same.
2.The opposing Pokemon knows the special ability Pressure which instaed of using 1 PP it makes you use 2 PP.
Okay, here we go......]
1) Feed it more pokeblocks. You have to MAX OUT it's beauty to evolve it. When you think it is, go to Slateport City and go in to the Pokemon fan club. Talk to the chairman. If it's beauty is really maxed out, he will give you a blue scarf. Raise Feebas one level. Enjoy your Milotic.
2) Apparently, every game has this glitch. I think it only works on moves with 15PP. Don't worry too much. Just avoid theaching your Pokemon moves with 15PP.
Use a Pamtre berry you can get it from the berry masters wife by saying challenge contest plant it outside (or somewere else) and water it a lot that way it'll grow more berries then plant them and do it again untill you have atleast 25 berries (you don't need them all but it's better to have them to plant for later use) then blend some like mabe 15 and feed the pokeblocks to Feebas untill it's beauty is full then make it 1 lv higher and viola you have a Milotic

1. First get alot o hondew berries like about 25 use 24 of them by making Pokeblocks then they have a level of 23 and a feel of 19 feed em to Feebas (Febas likes these Pokeblocks because their bitter and dry then take him up one level.
2. It's not a glitch it's a Pokemon abbility it's called pressure it makes you use 2 Pokemon power instead of one
