Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Why are the specifications for what pokemon to use against the elite four incorrect?

It is easier to use Swampert than Sceptile and Blaziken.

For me I say...swampert becaus it can easily kill #1,#3[if ypu teach it briick break]#4 and maybe #5.

I think Swampert because if you teach it surf it beats Blaziken and if you teach it ice beam it beats Sceptile... uh there you go
