Covet is a form thief, you can steal another Pokemon's item from them. The Pokemon that can learn it are, Illumise, Skitty, Slakoth, Slaking, Zigzagoon, and Linoone.
Covet will filch items from opponents, wild and trained. Your Pokemon must not be holding an item to make this work.
