How do you get to the top of Sky Pillar? I have got the Mach bike, and I can get to the 4th floor but I can't get any further than that! It is too hard! There is only one problem; i have used the masterball on Latias. Will someone tell me a way to get up to the top and catch Rayquaza! Can he be caught with Ultra Balls?

You can catch him with a UltraBall but bring about 99 because he is at lvl 70. You can use a cheat but you need dig. well good luck.
