Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Ok first off. What the heck is an Eon Ticket and how do I get it?

Also hat is an AR or whatever it is?

Is there a way I can get the Eon ticket thing without that one gameboy code thingy or whatever?

And Can you tell me an easier way to find Latias? He's hard to find.

Also can I get to the southern island using something else other than the Eon ticket?

1) Eon Ticket: You get it through an AR or Gameshark than scan it through an E-Reader.

It lets you go to Southern Island on the S.S. Tidal and capture Latios.

2) AR: Action Replay, it gives you cheat codes for your games. Get it at Walmart, Best Buy, Zellers, Toys R Us.
