Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I am thinking about getting a gamelink cable. So far I know that Clamperl will evolve into Huntail or Gorebyss with a Deepseatooth or a Deepseascale while trading, Machoke will evolve into Machamp by trading, people have told me me that this is also so for Kadabra and Alakazam, Graveler will evolve into Golem by trading, certain pokemon like Groudon, Seedot, Zangoose,and Latios if you don't have an Eon-Ticket (which I don't) are accessable in Ruby, other than glitches and bad eggs, what are some some other things that will happen if i trade certain Pokemon.

Basically what you said, you trade certain Pokemon to evolve them, or if they are not in that particular version you are playing.
