You need to use a fire stone.
You can get one in fiery path after you get strength.
You have to get a firestone (I dont know were to get one though.)
Use A Fire Stone, They Are Found By trading red Shards To The Guy In The Cottage Near mossdeep
You evolve it with a Fire Stone. You can find one in Firey Path but you can also trade a Red Shard with the hunter near Mossdeep to get one.
