Please tell me how to catch feebas I need it to complete my pokedex I don't have a gameshark or ar and I really need a feebas so I can evolve it into milotic o and by the way if you missed the master ball you can win the lilycove city lottery and the team auqa base will be open and to get deoxys just get 999 on everything on the back of your trainer card and go to the space center. Go with a master ball he is impossible to capture with any other ball except timer ball. (or repeat ball if you have him already)

Go cange the fad on the island (I dont no where or wat its called) fly to fort tree city go left to the river there is many places to fish fish every where ( only use the good rod).
