Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I'm trying to catch latias, but I accedentlly used the master ball on kyogre. I've seen latias before, but I think I need the move mean look taught to my crobat.
Do you know where I can get the tm mean look?

There are actually many ways to catch a Latias in sapphire or emerald. I have sapphire Version and I tried 3 Different things and only two worked. One way is to get 1-3 Wyanaut's / Wobbuffet's that are level 30 or higher as long as they aren't past level 40 and put them in the front of your 'party'. Then you should go to either route 110 / 117. If you go to route 110 , you'll see a building with two doors leading to the bike path , use a max repel and go into the grass in the bottom left corner and run around , If you don't find Latias there within 100 steps go in and out of the building. The next way is in route 117 , You should see the daycare and a patch of grass in the bottom left corner , And the rules pretty much are the same.
And yes , you do not need a master ball as long as you have atleast 10 max repels / 10-20 ultra balls.
If you have Wyanaut's / Wobbuffet's that are level 30 up to level 40 put them in the front of your party (I mean the first Pokemon as one of these) so Latias may not flee , if your Wyanaut or Wobbuffet runs out of health the Latias will flee and your search for Latias will have to start yet again.

Hope this Helped!
