Question for Pokemon Sapphire

1) At what level does Lairon evolve into Agron?
2) At what level does Barboach evolve into Wiscash?
3) I can't seem to find a ralts. I've looked everywhere that it says to look.

Is it hard to catch or something, or am I doing something wrong?

1. Lairon evolves into an Aggron at level 42.
2. Barboach evolves into a Wiscash at level 30.
3. It's very rare.

You can find ralts in between oldale and and petalburg city

ive evolved my rolts into gardvior

3. Look on Route 103. It is the only place to find it.

3. It's extremely rare. You know in the beginning when Wally finds a Ralts, that's where it is. I found one it took me like 2 hours.
