Question for Pokemon Sapphire

When I'm looking for a Pokemon Sapphire Gameshark codes I sometimes see the word "Type-6". What does that mean? Also how and where do I get a Seadra?

Do you mean slot 6?

If you do, it means it will have unlimited items on the 6th slot of your items pocket or key items etc.
