To see what moves are good or not for contests, go to a pokemon's summary.

Then click right, (button, not word) it should show your pokemons moves and if you go down it will show hearts. The backround is pink, and it says something about the move. Oh yea! And the moves fall in to category on left side.

I suggest you use pokeblocks to increase your pokemons apearance, when you show what pokemon your using in the contests.

Good Luck

I am the person that asked that question and I beat them with a Dusclops and a Regirock I swiped them! My friend gave me the Dusclops and I cought my Regirock on my own. It is true that you will get a glass replika[spelling...] of a legondary bird pokemon and your trainer card will be up-graded to Silver trainer card
