How do you beat the pokemon league with a level 60 Sceptile and other..

I suggest you make your pokemon higher then lavel 50 at least, I think that if you caught kyogre if you teach him theese moves you will get trough steven in a pinch.

Kyogre

ice beam (if kyogres level higher then 55 it kills those flygons in one hit)

Thunder (very affective against flying pokemon)

Hydro pump (if higher then 55 it kills any of Stevens pokemon in one hit). Also give it 3 PP ups on hydro pump.

And Double edge (effective against a lot of pokemon)

I don't think that you should teach kyogre sheer cold because if you depend on it too much youll lose.

The thing about Sceptile, well I had one and I never used it because it was so bad, I think to replace him have an electrick pokemon like pikachu train it to level 30 use thunderstone, teach it thunder and train it to level 55 because its really easy to train him if you have patience. Right now he wasn't my starter pokemon I got him to level 100 w/o cheats.

Hang around in victory road and level up your pokemon there because the pokemon range from level40 to level55 approximately.

I'm not a hundred percent sure other wise fish with a super rod around mossdeep and the first entrance of victory road.

All I used was a Lv. 100 Kyogre that knows Thunderbolt (good on the first and second people) Ice Beam (good on the fourth person [I think his name is Drake] ) Hydro pump (good on Steven and the third person) and Sheer Cold (also good on Steven). I beat Elite four with just that one Kyogre in my party.
