Nosepass is caught at grante cave.
You must rock smash every rock in there.
Keep doing that and eventually he'll come.
Kindra, you evolve from Seadra by making him hold dragon scale and trade.
The dragon scale is found in shoal cave I believe... Illumise is found where Volbeat is.
She is VERY rare. Koffing is found in that cave near lavarige where there is a lot of Torkoals.

Nosepass- In Granite Cave, use Rock Smash
Illumise- Route 111 in grass (rare)
Koffing- Fiery Path (rare)
Igglybuff- Egg
Chimecho- Summit of Mt. Pyre (rare)
Vulpix- Route 122 outside of Mt. Pyre
Pichu- Egg
Kingdra- Trade Seadra holding a Dragon Scale

I only know that you can find nosepass in caves.
