Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I need help!! I've heard that grooming your pokemon is when you feed them Pok�blocks. I've maxed my pokemon out with them, and it still loses the popularity contest ((where the audience votes)) in hyper rank and and master rank. Is this or normal?? Or can you make them more popular??

When you create pokeblocks, you need to do it at lilycove city because if you create pokeblocks there, you can create higher levels of pokeblocks which enables you to boost more appeal your pokemon has, and if you beat the master rank contest guess what. Your pokemon will be on the art museum.

P.S. My Kyogre has already won master rank contests of beauty and cool contests.

hint: it's better to use high appealing moves from your pokemon.

when you (for example) max out a pokemons beauty or something else go to slateport city and go to the pokemon fan club and talk to the man on the couch and he will say something and give you a scarf give it to that pokemon and it will get more votes

p.s.i did that and i lose in the secondary stage but i always win the contest thanks to the pleminary stage
