Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I have several questions.

1. What is the best way to max out my Feebas' beauty condition?

2. I beat the master rank cute pokemon contest with my Skitty, but the artist didn't paint one of those super grand pictures like he did before.

What's wrong? This is the last painting I need, so please answer this.

3. What do you get for getting all the paintings?

4. I can't grow any more berries. Is there a reason why?

5. Where can you find a Sea License?

6. What pokemon do you recommend for the Battle Tower?

7. I lost my exp. share. Can I get anthor one without trading?

1.Feed it Blue Pokeblocks.That will make only its Beauty go up,and make it go higher.

2.I heard that you have to do it a few more times,before he paints it.

3.You get a glass sculptor.Did you notice that bird made of rock,on the first floor of the museum? You get a glass one of those.

4.You probably have the berry glitch.To fix it,you need to get the national Pokedex from Fire Red or Leaf Green.

I think there's another way,but I forget what it is,if there is one.

5.You get it from Caption Stern,for delivering the Scanner to him.

6.I recommend:
One Psychic type(Metagross would be the best)
A Swampert(if you don't have one,I would recommend a Blaziken,or any other half Fighting or Ground type)
An Electric Pokemon(Pikachu or Raichu)

If you don't want those,try the Regis:
Regice
Registeel
Regirock

7.No, not that I know of.

1. Give it Blue PokeBlocks.

2. You have to get a REALLY HIGH score at the end of the contest.

3. I have analyzed that there might be a possibility of going outer space to catch Deoxys or Jirachi, if such a rumor is true, although that is very unlikely.

4. There is a time glitch in your game that occurs after one year of game play on the game. You must have it upgraded at a GameStop or EB's, or connect it to the Pokemon Collosseum Bonus Disk via the GameCube.

5. No clue.

6. Aggron, Scyther, Salamence; any nonlegendary but powerful and versatile Pokemon. Dual Types are recommended.

7. Doubtfully so.

To max out your feebas's beauty condition, make blue poke-blocks with wiki berries at verdanturf or fallarbor town, or chesto berries at any contest hall.
about the berries, there is a berry glitch that wont let you grow them after you play for a certain number of hours. If you preordered pokemon colosseum, you got the bonus disc. Download a Jirachi and you're good. one of the items on the outside of mt pryre is a sea inscense. for the battle tower, I used a swampert aggron and manectric. You cannot get another exp. share, but I sure wish we could!
