I have been into Pokemon for quite a while and so has my mom. Well I have been playing emerald and I wanted to know are Pokemon emerald and Pokemon sapphire the same?

Well no Pokemon Emerald has a couple of different Pokemon and some different parts in the story but besides that they pretty much are the same.
