I have a level 12 Ralts that I just got. I've had to start again due to an unexpected error where the screen froze and then said 'Corrupted file, cannot continue'. And so I have started again. But what level does a Ralts evolve into a Kirlia at? And the same for Kirlia to Gardevior?

Just look in the walkthroughs! As for the corrupted file, that happens when you turn off the power while saving. If you saved the game before this happened, it will go back to that save. If you get a message about a corrupted file, but the previous file is loaded, save twice to protect your file.
If your version is original, with the Nintendo Seal of Quality, I suggest you call Nintendo and ask why this happened.
Ralts evolve at level 20 or 22 (I'm not sure).
Then Kirlia evolves at level 30 to Gardevoir (pretty strong Pok�mon).
