Can somebody tell me what happened here?!:
I saved my game in front of rayquaza and tried to catch him a couple of times then I gave up, then I tried again the next day, I ended up where I saved before I saved in front of Rayquaza!!!!
Then I went back to Rayquaza and tried to catch him a few more times then I turned
it without saving and turned it on later and i was back in front of rayquaza!!!!
SOMEBODY TELL ME WHAT WHAT HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The reason you were still in front of Rayquaza is because if you turn the game off without saving you end up were you last saved.
Sounds like a corrupted file.
You probably turned off the power while saving.
To protect your file data, save twice all the way before doing anything else....!!
You did not save it when you got it !
