No. This Pokemon isn't available for capture in the wild. The only way to get it in this game is to capture a Pikachu, and breed it to get a Pichu. Pikachu can be found in the Safari Zone of this game. Good luck.
I don't think so. I think you must catch female Pikachu and breed it.
