Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Where do you find the seafloor cove? how to get the hm waterfall?

Also can you tell me how to get to the other world I know there is because many people ask about some kind of a ticket and when does....

wailmer,slakoth,shroomish,makuhita,marill and aron. and where will you find a pikachu I'm really an innocent player at this game so can you please help me, thanks in advance.

Do you mean Seafloor Cavern?Heres how to get to the Seafloor Cavern(if that's what you're talking about).

1. Go to Mossdeep.Surf south until you come to route 128.Surf around until you come across a Dive spot inside a ring (the outside of the ring is shallow water)

2. Look south of the ring and you will see a rock. Dive as close as you can to the rock.You should see a cave then. That is Seafloor Cavern.

I think you find the HM for Waterfall inside Seafloor Cavern. If not,tell me and I'll make you a mini walkthrough of the cave its in,to make up my mistake. There is no other world but,when you say people are talking about a ticket,there are two tickets I know of,the S.S.Ticket and the Eon Ticket. The S.S.Ticket takes you to Lilycove,Slateport and the Battle Tower. The Eon ticket,takes you to Southern Island where you can catch Latios(in Sapphire) and Latias(in Ruby)But, the Eon Ticket can only be obtained with an AR or Gameshark.When does what?
