Hi guys, I have a question how do you open the door at the sootopolis gym?

Also how do you get to the elite four I really really need your help.

To open the Sootopolis Gym, you need to kick the Aquas or Magmas out of the Seafloor Cavern and go to the Cave of Origin and fight Kyogre or Groudon.

After that the gym should be accessible. To get to the Elite Four you need to go east on Route 128 and go up the waterfall.
