Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hi, I have a question I have Torchic as my starter Pokemon and I beat Archie in the Seafloor Cavern.

Kyroge had got away because he had the red orb and when I went to go tell the people I got the blue orb from, they said something about the cave of orgin.

Does anyone know how to get there, thank you everyone who answers my question.

Please help me?

Go to Route 126, use Dive to go underwater, and enter the hole. Resurface and you will be in Sootopolis City. The Cave of Origin is at the other side of town.

The cave of origin is in Sootopolis City.When you get there you must surf to the left of the gym then there should be two sets of stairs, take the bottom stairs and keep on following it around.You should pass 5 sets of stairs then go right and follow the stairs going down and you should get to the cave of origin
Now go catch Kyogre.

From Mossodeep city surf East and you should find big patches of black water where you can dive. There is two caves that you can dive to if you reach the one where the aqua team was then the other cave near it is the one you want. After you go inside you have to dive again and you will be in Sootopolis city and from the pokecenter surf to the other side where the pokemart is then follow the path to the by walking and you should see the cave with steven outside of it. I hope this can help you!

It's in Sootopolis City. After you killed or caught Kyogre you can now battle the Sootopolis City Gym.

P.S. I suggest you catch Kyogre.
