What is magnemite and magneton's weakness?

Both should be weak to Fire and Fighting-type attacks, especially Ground-type attacks.

Try Electric attacks.

There are steel types too, which are weak against electricity.

Fire and fighting. Now that they have the levitate status in the newest games they don't take that much damage from ground moves.

Everyone is saying ground, fighting, and fire. These all work, but for someone like me who didnt have any fire or fighting, and was to lazy to go out and get them. All I used was leech seed from shroomish. And just made sure not to have weak pokemon. It does take a long time, but it works. Hope it helps somewhat

Uh might sound dumb but yes fire and fighting but you don't try using water might sound stupid but try a water attack on him does way more than ground

Try dark type attacks

We can use thief and steal all the magnemite.
