I need help to find the cave and the 3 Regis. Where can I find them..

The caves themselves are not hard to find, they all have 6 pillars surrounding it:

The one which houses regirock is found in the lower region of the desert

The one which houses registeel can be found at the end of route 120, towards the left, just follow the path

The one which houses regice can be found by surfing along route 105 from petalburg city, you should find an island about half way, follow the water route up from there

You'll know you're close if you see a ruin maniac (look like hikers)

Try reading the walkthroughs for a better idea of where it is, hope this helps

First at route 133 you will find a Dive were water currents are here are the steps to open the three Regis lairs:
1.Have a Dig Move {Use a TM or get a Sandshrew to be there}
2.Have Relicanth and Wailord.
3.Put Relicanth at the 1st position while Wailord at the last of your Pokemon order.
4.When you Dive in this place you will find dots at the end.
5.Use dive by pressing B button to go to the Sealed Chamber.
6.The second one should be there after you use dig on the first one.
7.Keep gazing at the dots 5minute till it say three doors opened some where.

REGICE:
On route 106 from Petalburg to Dewford there is an island were many trees are.
Land there and you will find a pokemaniac don't fight him and swim on the other way you will find a swimmer go away from him and you will find a new place called{Island Cave} go in there and you will find dots.

Requirments:
1.Have 50 timer balls to catch him easily.
2.Wailord should be lvl 55 or more.
3.Wailord must have rest.
4.Get any Pokemon that have any move that can inflict a status ailment.
5.This Pokemon must be lvl 40 or higher.
6.Gaze at the dots 5 minutes and the door will open to regice.

REGICE's techniques:
1.Icy wind {Ice}
2.Curse {???}
3.Superpower {Fight}
4.Ancient Power {Rock}

REGIROCK:
On route 111 were sand is use a repel so that you don't fight a Pokemon go down there you will find a new cave that was opened recently it is called {Desert Ruins} go there and you will find dots.

Requirements:
1.Have 50 timer balls.
2.Wailord must be lvl 55 or more.
3.Wailord must have rest.
4.Have a Pokemon with a status ailment move.
5.This Pokemon must be strong.
6.Don't use water moves on it.
7.Have a Pokemon that has strength.
8.After you talk to the dots go:
RIGHT,RIGHT,DOWN,DOWN and then use Strength the door will open to Regirock.

REGIROCK's techniques:
1.Rock Throw {Rock}
2.Curse {???}
3.Superpower {Fight}
4.Ancient Power {Rock}

REGISTEEL:
On route 120 keep searching there until you find a girl that gives you berries go up a little you will find a pokemaniac and a new door has opened.It is called {Ancient Tomb}when you go there you will find dots.

Requirements:
1.Have 50 Timer balls.
2.Wailord must be lvl 55 or more.
3.Wailord must have rest.
4.Have a Pokemon with a status ailment move.
5.This Pokemon must be lvl 40 or more.
6.Don't get fire pokemon.
7.Get a Pokemon using Fly.
8.After you read the dots go to the middle of the Ancient Tomb and use Fly the cave will open to Registeel.

REGISTEEL's techniques:
1.Metal Claw {Steel}
2.Curse {???}
3.Superpower {fight}
4.Ancient Power {rock}
