Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Some people are saying that there's a fast egg hatching code for action replay is that true? If so please submit it!!!!!

Fast egg hatch:9E17B966-367DE205.

P.S.This does not work with bad eggs. Also,if eggs take more than 20 steps to hatch with this code,well,too bad you don't have the type of or version of actionreplay I do.
