Go to pacifiglod town go to the right of the pokemon center go to the end of the path and use surf.surf passed the 2 trainers.

Stay along the rocks. keep going and you will see another 2 traners surf past them. after that you see an opening in the rocks.

Go though the rocks and left, then up then right, then up. you see a cave go in the cave. go threw it and out.

Your at the sky pillar.
