I'm at the route where you are soupposed to catch feebas and there is lightning.

What part of it do I go to to catch feebas?

Ok well you have to fish in every Block of water from all sides if possible. It took me 7 and a half hours to fianally catch it.

You should use Good or super I caught mine with good rod.
