I am haveing a problem with finding the good rod or even the super rod I have the old rod but I can't find the other two please let me know.

Super rod is found in mossdeep city(near the space center) no idea about the good rod.
The good rod is to the right of Mauville City, after you are able to use surf. Surf, and talk to the fisherman and he'll give you the good rod.
