Listen This really is the impossible pokemon. It took me a month to get this ugly fish. If you have enough patience then only you will be able to find this ugly pokemon. There are few hundered steps on water. Feebas is located on any six of them. Now fish at least twice or thrice on each step using super rod.(i got mine on fishing once on each step but it's better for you to do it thrice as on that particular spot carvanha also appears) start from th very bottom as this area has got the best ratio of a feebas spot. In ruby and sapphire I got this on this bottom part but it can be also on the upper part.
