Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Help!!!!!!!!
I used a cheat cartridge to get the EON ticket and I told the man in petalburg 'MYSTERY EVENT IS EXCITING' saved the game switched on and talked to my father in the gym and nothing happend

please help me!

I think somebody just lied; whatever your talking about I don't have a clue. I haven't seen any codes about what your talking about; just know that whoever provided this info COULD have been lying.

Alan, darkboarder_77 is right, I have never heard that you go to your dad after. Just remember, you can tell when things dont sound right, and trust me, that is alot of the time.
