Who and where are the trainers that will trade pokemon with you
I want to know who and where to find the people in the game that will trade with you

Unfortunately, this does not seem to be a feature as much as the other games. The only in-game trades I know of is in Rustboro City, In the house next to the gym, where you can trade your Slakoth for the little girls Makuhita.

Huff, trade your slakoth for a makuhita in rustbero next to the gym leader
Now in fortree trade pikachu for skitty when you go up the ladder go straight
Finally in sootopilis you trade corsola for bellosom I

I'm not to sure where you trade corsella like idk which house so you gotta try all of em
