I'm wondering how to get a Jigglypuff?

1: A lot of people ask where you can get Jigglypuff. It is hard to find because it is in a hidden area. To get there, go to Rustboro City, then go onto the Route above it. Now you know how the sand cuts off, and you have to Surf to get to the next part of the Rooute. Well, when you Surf across to get there, don't land on the next part of land. Go left and past it, then go up. You will find a hidden area, where there will be a pyscho ninja who runs around all the time, and you you have to battle. There is also an old man, who once you defeat, goes into your Trainer's Eyes. There is also a tree to make a Secret Base in. Now I'll get to the point. At the top of this area is a patch of grass. This is where you find Jigglypuffs.

2: To make an Igglybuff (baby version of Jigglypuff) give a female Jigglypuff and a Male Jigglypuff to the Daycare to the left of Mauville, for them to look after. Walk around for a while. Come back and you'll see the Daycare man is standing out furhter than he usually would. He will see he found an Egg. Get it off him. After a while, when you walk around heaps, the egg hatches into Igglybuff.
