Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I have 1 question.First one is about Deoxys.Rumors have been spreading that there are three types of Deoxys and have different types of attacks, colors, etc.

I heard they are each obtainable from Pokemon Ruby and Saphire,Leaf Green, and Red Fire.I have Deoxys and when I make his shiny form through an action replay he is yellow.I think Deoxys shiny form is the red fire version of Deoxys.

Anyways, are there really three types of Deoxys? P.S.This could be a bit confusing if you don't have a cheating code device.

Whoa! So, your getting involved with the word of mine that Fire Red and Leaf Green are coming out!

Types of Deoxys? Listen, if there are Deoxys of different colors, only one of them has to be the real thing, because they'd be shiny, right? Wrong. I have a guide for Fire Red and Leaf Green at my house right now that states about catching Deoxys in these Versions. But! If I remember, the guide said something about SPECIFICALLY catching Deoxys in both Versions, so I guess there ARE different Deoxys.
In R/S, I'm uncertain if Deoxys can be caught. People say the on the 100th successful rocket launch, you'll recieve Jirachi, but you know somethin' funny I noticed? People say the same thing about catching Deoxys. So then, which one will you obtain?
It is possible to catch Jirachi and Deoxys through Action Replay; go to www.codejunkies.com and Type in "Pokemon Sapphire". If they give you a list, click Pokemon Sapphire and scroll to the bottom of the list.
To shine the futility rarities, download the "Catch any Pokemon" to ensure the cheat cartridge has Deoxys and Jirachi on it. In any case, if you have Pokemon R&S and if the Ruby section has codes for shifting the IVs ( DVs) in the data code that created Deoxys in the first place, do what has to be done to shift the color. You see, in Ruby, Sapphire, Fire R, and Grass G, the code that determines whether or not the Pokemon is shiny is known as DVs, or IVs. The 80 byte long-block within the game stores the Pokemon within the first 8 bytes of it. There are complications of such as the Trainer ID you begin the game with. There are the primary complications within the ID code that resembles the Pokemon themselves; the first 8 blocks which represent the very existance of the Pokemon are the ID numbers that determine the Pokemon and all it's statistics. There is aproximately a 1 in 8563 chance or something to encounter a shiny, so you see how rarely the computer picks out it's chances with shinies in cases with IVs. Now, if you twist the IVs into an irregular cyber-bit code such as 14 or 11, you have a shiny. Having an absolute 000000 for IVs with guarantee about 30 points off of the maximum Attack power when the Pokemon reaches level 100. In any case, having 000000 for IVs will also guarantee a shiny. There are numbers that work 1-14 in IVs (Supposedly), and through some complex mathematics, you can figure what numbers have the representation of a shiny. Apparently, there are some invisible codes at work as well. Aside from those, though, I will reveal that the pixels-to-bit are also at work. Pixels are those tiny squares on your computer screen that display the pictures, or the graphics. The higher the pixels to bit, the clearer the graphics. The numbers in the code are different; part of the code represented by 16-bit numbers and another part with 32-bit numbers.
I wish you excellent luck with this problem!!!!!
