Yep, just go up to trainers and talk to them. Sometimes they'll want to battle again, and sometimes they won't.
Yes it is, just go talk to them. Some trainers don't want to battle again, some do. Just keep talking to them.
Yeh, it is possible to rebattle trainers. An easy way to find trainers that want rematches is to go to your PokeNav and search through Trainers Eyes, any trainer with a flashing pokeball thingo next to their name wants a rematch
Yes just talk to them sometimes they will want to fight other times thet won't
As most people have said above, when you talk to them they might battle you. And the trainers eyes thing is also correct. But before you can do that you need to go to fortree city and talk to the man in the Pokemon center who tells you about trainers eyes
