Buy an Action Replay/Gameshark device, depending on what codes your talking about, and enter the codes on there.

Cheat codes can only be entered by aquiring an Action Replay cheating device and/or a GameShark cheating device. Most of the codes you need can be found on there to begin with, but some you'l need to enteryourself. Just make ure you're entering the right coes for the right regional version of your cheating device.
To enter codes/cheats you need a action replay or gameshark and enter codes in the action replay or gameshark. I hoped this helped.
