Question for Pokemon Sapphire

IM stuck in saleport city! I can't find a bike n I dnt have rock smash,ive been stuck for like a week and it's driving me crazy someone plz help me!

First off you don't get a bike until you get to Mauville. Second, to get out of there you first have to find Captin Stern(he should be in the Oceanic Museum place. Once you find him and deliver the package you can get to mauville by going through the path under the cycling road.

For the bike, head to Rydel's Cycles in Mauville. He will let you choose between the Mach Bike and the Acro Bike. You can switch between the two at any time youwish.

Rock Smash is obtained by talking to te Hiker in the Rock Tunnel north of Verdanturf.
